Male Program Steps

Step 1: Online Questionnaire

Prior to scheduling your consultation, please complete our online questionnaire and pay the $100 initial fee. This survey will ask questions about your medical history, background, lifestyle, and overall health. Our provider will utilize your personal information and lab results for your Hormone Replacement Program Appointment.

Step 2: Initial Consultation

The RejuvinAge Hormone Replacement Programs begin with a phone consultation. During this appointment we will explain the Programs, cost and answer basic questions. We complete the consultation by ordering the appropriate lab work and scheduling your appointment with our provider.

Step 3: Premier Lab Panel

After your initial consultation, our staff will direct you to LabCorp to schedule an appointment convenient to your schedule. Lab results are an integral part of the Program Appointment and must be completed seven days prior to your Program Appointment.

Step 4: Program Appointment

RejuvinAge provides a one on one review of individual lab results, an assessment of symptoms and a discussion of medical history.

Step 5: Treatment Program

Our dedicated staff will review each hormone and delivery system as prescribed. Orders are placed with our Compounding Pharmacy Partner and shipped to your home or office by UPS.

Step 6: Follow-Up

The first follow up is approximately 90 days after starting a Hormone Replacement Program. This appointment may be by phone or in office. Our provider will provide a lab comparison, review your results, each hormone and improvement of symptoms. Dose adjustments will be made if necessary. Concierge Patients have a 6 month and yearly recheck. Basic Program Patients have 3 rechecks per year.

Program Details & Timeline

Until recently the data suggested the lowest dose for the shortest amount of time. The newest data suggests individualizing hormone therapy. There are men who need hormones for years. There are also men who choose to not stop hormone replacement therapy. In every patient indication, age, andropause and risk factors should be considered.

The three components of successful hormone replacement therapy are:

  • Appropriate Dosing
  • Appropriate Routes of Administration
  • Appropriate Duration of treatment based on each individual patient

About Bioidentical Hormones

Hormones are self-administered usually on a daily basis for approved indications.  Individualizing Hormone Therapy includes prescribing the appropriate dosages, the appropriate route of administration for the appropriate duration for each patient.
