The RejuvinAge Female Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Program begins with a private one on one consultation with Dr. Krup. During this half hour, Dr. Krup will discuss hormone replacement and answer any questions you may have. Using the personal information you provide, Dr. Krup will recommend the hormone replacement program that is right for you.

 

We offer four customized female hormone replacement programs.  Each program has an appropriate lab  for the program. Lab results take approximately one week, therefore we encourage your blood draw be arranged at your earliest convenience.  Labs are done on a walk-in basis at LabCorp. To insure the accuracy of the premier lab panel, it is important you fast for 8 hours before your blood is drawn. Follow up lab testing does not usually require fasting. Once labs are complete, you will return to our center within 7-10 days for your program appointment.

 

 

Catering to Your Schedule

Our Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Program is Physician Managed and involves an extensive consultation, evaluation and program development.  You will spend one half hour to one and a half hours with Dr. Krup for your private program appointment. We offer appointments convenient your schedule as this time is best spent without interruptions.  Our specialty is the personalized care we provide in helping you learn how to feel your best every day, at every age, while you achieve the optimal hormone balance you deserve.

 

 

The Program

On the day of your RejuvinAge Program appointment, Dr. Krup will begin with the discussion of your health & lifestyle questionnaire. She will continue by reviewing each lab test, focusing on your hormone levels and precisely how they work in your body. Dr. Krup will provide an in depth evaluation of your hormone levels and continue with the discussion of how to achieve optimal levels. Based on your levels, she will develop a hormone replacement program precisely for you.  Dr. Krup will complete your visit with a physical examination and the ordering of your specialty compounded bio identical hormones.

 

 

Follow Up

Virginia Beach Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Doctor Jennifer Krup, M.D.  and the RejuvinAge staff pride themselves in hormone replacement done right.  They always provide hands on program management for each patient.  Program management allows RejuvinAge to achieve successful patient results. Proper communication and follow up appointments are an integral part of each Bio Identical Hormone Replacement Program.  The first recheck appointment is in approximately 7-8 weeks.

Practice Hours & Cancellation Policy

Our practice hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday by appointment. Appointments are prompt and private. We request a three-day notice of cancellation if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

 

 

Payment Terms

Payment is expected at the time of services.  Pre-payment is required for laboratory services.  Payment may be made in the form of Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express.

 

 

Program Termination

Despite our best efforts, occasionally we may see a patient who is not a good match for our program.  We make every attempt to educate our patients regarding compliance, commitment and cost.  Unfortunately, a patient may decide that they are unable to follow through with the program as prescribed.  If at any time a patient chooses to discontinue their program, a 30 day written cancellation notice is required.
